Senior Technician Server & Virtualisation Infrastructure
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure and maintain physical servers and virtualisation platforms across client environments
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis for escalated technical incidents
• Carry out planned and corrective maintenance, including hardware replacement, firmware updates and patch management
What You'll Bring
Minimum Requirements & Certifications
• Matric plus a relevant IT qualification (A+, N+, or a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or a related field), or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience supporting server and virtualisation infrastructure in a corporate/enterprise environment
